Telehealth Psychologist | Virtual Therapy

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Arlington, Virginia with expertise in treating adolescents and adults.  While my psychology practice has been physically based in Northern Virginia for over a decade, I now practice exclusively online providing virtual therapy to my patients across the country.  I hold the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) under Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT). This certification allows me to practice online therapy in all 42 participating states across the country. You can check the PSYPACT website here to verify if I can treat you in your state.

My approach to therapy is down-to-earth, practical, and solution-oriented. As a clinical psychologist I have extensive training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and have seen many clients improve using these proven techniques. I have helped people overcome their problems in a variety of settings including hospitals, university counseling centers, community mental health clinics, and schools.

Additionally, I am a former adjunct professor of psychology at George Washington University and am credentialed by the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology.
